In my never-ending quest to find how Conservatives and Liberals interact and WTF is wrong with our government and why they can't govern, I discovered this site. It is by renowned psychologist Dr. Jonathan Haidt. He has written a book about how and why Conservatives and Liberals (and even Libertarians) think and communicate.
If you're on one side or the other and can't understand where that person on the other side of things is coming from then give this blog a read and it will give you a sense of the way they think and the way you think and then you'll understand them as you never had before. I couldn't understand why I had so many right leaning friends. I read what he had to say and it struck me. It's because they care, differently than I do but they do care and that's just part of the human condition.
Take a few moments and give this a quick go over.....you'll like what you read and gain some understanding of the other side.........
